They arrived earlier than expected. The delivery estimate was between 4/6 and 4/15. They arrived on 4/6 and 4/7 in two packages. They were in perfect condition. The design is so pretty. They were not difficult to install. They are absolutely adorable. Cathy, the representative was so attentive during the whole process making sure that the measurements were a good fit and that the delivered blinds were not damaged. I absolutely recommend ordering these blinds.

I purchased the 78″ S weave, gray/white blinds for my dining room sliding glass door.Pro’s:1. these look awesome. they are not your everyday blinds that everyone else has. The S shape of the blinds is unique and the variation of white/gray works well and gives interest to the area.2. they come with an extra slat in each color as well as extra chain for the bottom and additional hardware also.3. Easy to install. I helped my husband put these up in about 30 minutes. I believe he could have done it on his own in a bit longer time.4. Great customer service. they contacted me before they made them to make sure the dimensions were absolutely correct. They contacted me after they sent the order letting me know it was sent and asking if I could check it as soon as it came in to be sure everything was as it should be. It was. I truly believe if i had to contact them again they would be as responsive.5. price is great even with the Cons.Cons:1. Slats are very thin not what I expected. Store blinds are 4-6 times thicker than these and do not bend more than a little. These are like a thin plastic and came rolled up in a 10″ box.2. bottom chain is also not very sturdy, more like thick thread with small plastic balls that snap onto the slats holding the bottom together. Easily replaced with something sturdier if needed.3. These are NOT blackout shades as advertised. you cannot see through them but the light does come through.I would think twice about purchasing these if I had small children that would be using or playing near them as I am not sure they could hold up to the abuse. Thankfully I only have two dogs and they are easier to train to NOT go through them than children would be. :)I took 1 star away because of the thinness and non blackout but had a hard time doing that as I really love themI would and have recommend them to friends while making sure they understand the weight of the slats isn’t the norm. I do LOVE these despite the unexpected make up and would absolutely purchase these again.

I donât normally write reviews but the customer service is superb. The blinds are great. Have some issues that it didnât think about, but not the fault of the blind or the company. Blinds look great and were easy to put up. The only thing I donât like is the valance. I canât use it as the clips stick out way past and look terrible. Will have to figure out another way to put it up. Would give 5++ if it werenât for the valance.

I am very impressed with these blinds. The price was a bit startling at first but I tend to lean towards cheap items which of course âyou get what you pay for.â I had decided that it was worth the price to save me from buying curtains every time my cats destroy them (Iâve been through MANY sets of curtains.) I was also in the market to make my living room as dark as possible as I had recently changed the decor to a movie theater type theme. Installation was pretty straightforward and easy. I would love to show a photo good enough to do them justiceâ¦but now the room is incredibly dark ð Ironically, I will now need to invest in a couple lamps. Itâs currently a frigid January day here in Michigan but I canât wait to see how much cooler the room is when summer graces us with its presence. I donât often leave reviews but I couldnât be happier with this product. The seller kept in contact and verified my measurements before sending me the finished product. They have great return/replacement policies but they do try to ensure that it doesnât have to go that far. Iâm very happy with my âbigâ purchase as a single mom who has to save up for these sort of things. I will add as a caution that my cats have attempted chewing on the blinds (not the companies fault that I chose to own a domestic petting zoo) but it would be an added benefit if they sold replacement blinds.
