I was making roman shades for several rooms in my home and needed small cord locks. These were the only ones i could find that were small because i didn’t want to buy large ones. They work great, although one does tend to stick on me when I try to open them shade. Overall, very happy with these.

These are okay, you get what you pay for. The only issue other than no screwsâ¦is that the brass cylinder on top is so loose that the normal size cord slips through the side, causing the cord to end up on the wrong side of said brass cylinder. This is probably one of the issues people are having. I had to really investigate to make sure I was not installing the cords incorrectly. It took about the fourth time before I realized what was happening & how it was happening. Once I realized it I put all the cords in the middle and so farâ¦so good. Time will tell.**update: if I could, I would return these. If you are wanting a product that actually works, beware of these. The price is great, but as stated in the first sentence of the first paragraph, you get what you pay for. I am just going to have to eat the expense of these, though that is on me b/c I waited too long to test them. Iâll recycle them into something else or part them out.

Perfect replacement, but the seller should consider screws. The original screws on costly Roman shades were made out of mush, so I had to make a trip to the hardware store to compliment the locks. Four stars, but five with screws.

No instructions, hard to thread, takes cords from one direction only. Because wheels do not touch sides, can only be used with thick cords

I rarely write a poor review, but these cord locks are worthless! I used them on a small Roman shade and They broke upon first use. Plastic is too flimsy and it pulls apart allowing the barrels to fall out.
