I did this repair for a very wide and heavy Roman shade – tough one but this product seems sturdy and I was pleased.

It doesn’t matter how you pull the strings, they do not catch and they do not hold. There should be 3 wheels in the mechanism, not 2. I ended up having to return all of the cord locks that I ordered and had to get from a different website at 3X the price, but what good is a low price if they don’t work, waste your time and end up costing you valuable time in the end!
