INSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT:
Step 1.Measure the inside frame width at three locations-the top,middle,and bottom. Record the smallest of the 3 measurements and use that number deduct 1/4inch as your inside width when ordering.
Step 2. Measure the height at 3 locations-the left,middle,and right side. Record the smallest of the 3 measurements and use the number as your inside width when ordering.
OUTSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT:
Step 1. Measure the outside frame width adding 6-10inch to be the outside mount width.
Step 2. Measure the outside frame length adding 5-10inch to be the outside mount length. The overlap it recommended to allow appropriate coverage and avoid any light gaps.

We got an email from Passenger Pigeon shortly after placing our order because they wanted the exact measurement of our windows and to enquire whether we would be mounting the blinds in the window frame or out. Even though you choose a standard size from Amazon, the company contacts you so that they can CUSTOMIZE to your specific needs! Because of their diligence and concern you end up with the perfect fit! Itâs so awesome!!! We loved the two we ordered so much that the minute we hung them we decided to order another, larger set of blinds for our living room window.I honestly canât say enough about this product or company. I started out with one of these blinds for my kitchen window. As other reviewers noted, the sellers contacted me several times to be sure the measurements were correct. It arrived well before I expected and was perfect. Installation simple with a drill. I was so pleased with the product that I bought 2 more blinds for my bedroom. Which also fit perfectly after chat with sellers for proper measurement. The only issue I have is the second set of blinds came without instructions. Luckily we had the first blind to look @ to determine proper mounting. Otherwise it would have been a problem. The team @ this business is very accessible. So if I needed mounting instructions I could have reached out for help. Sturdy, lovely color, and ease of raising and lowering. I like having a cord for adjusting.
